Terms & Conditions – Plant a Tree Program
Tree Ownership & Maintenance
- The plant sapling shall be provided by us.
- All planted trees, including their fruits and produce, remain the exclusive property of ORGREENIK at all times.
- ORGREENIK reserves the right to replace any tree that does not grow well to maintain the health of the plantation.
- Participants are welcome to visit their tree, but any maintenance, harvesting, or modifications are strictly managed by ORGREENIK.
Organic Goodies & Delivery
- A fruit and vegetable hamper will be delivered to you at any time during the year.
- The hamper may be sent in parts based on seasonal availability.
- You may share your preferences for specific items, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.
- If delivery to your location is not feasible, you may choose to have your goodies donated to an NGO or a recipient within our service area.
Membership & Renewal
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of subscription.
- If the annual membership is not renewed upon expiry, ORGREENIK reserves the right to remove your name placard from the tree.
- The tree may then be reassigned to another participant or made available for adoption.
Name Placard & Customization
- A one-time fee of ₹500 will be charged for any modifications to the name placard after installation.
- ORGREENIK reserves the right to approve or decline requested modifications based on feasibility.
Promotional Offers & Renewals
- Promotional offers apply only to new memberships and are not valid for renewals.
- Please review all offer documents carefully before subscribing.
Farm Visits & Engagement
- Participants are entitled to two free farm visits per year as part of their membership. Additional visits may be subject to a nominal fee.
- Farm visits must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Visitors are expected to follow farm guidelines to ensure the safety of plants and other participants.
- Free Entry for only one individual per plant.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
- All disputes related to the Plant a Tree Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Siliguri courts only.
- ORGREENIK reserves the right to modify program terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
